At the 2024 Summit, Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz emphasizes the importance of teamwork for a united SCO Region
As he launched the 23rd Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Council of Heads of Government conference, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif urged more cooperation among member states. In his introductory remarks, Sharif, 73, referred to the organization as a beacon of multilateralism. In addition to 16 other nations that participated as observers or dialogue partners, the leaders of the member states—China, India, Russia, Pakistan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Belarus—also attended.
